SHIPPING

We ship five days a week. Our business days are 9am to 5pm EST Monday through Friday. We are off on Holidays. We make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience, understanding and support! 

Holidays and busy shipping seasons, can add delays, so please allow extra time for your order to arrive if you have placed your order around a holiday or busy time such as a big sale or product launch. 

DOMESTIC ORDERS 

All US orders over $39.99 qualify for free shipping with the exception of Puerto Rico and US Overseas Territories such as Guam. Order must reach a value of $39.99 after any coupon codes are applied. If your order is over $39.99 but your coupon brings your order total below $39.99 your order will not qualify for free shipping. Free shipping is sent via the economy shipping option.

Typical delivery times are 5-10 business days for Free Shipping and Economy, 1-4 business days for USPS Priority and 1-2 business days for USPS Express. Please note we don’t have any control over your items while they are in transit. The above listed delivery times are not guaranteed and we cannot refund shipping for delays at the post office. On occasion, shipping times can be as long as 30 days. The only USPS service with a money-back guarantee is Priority Mail Express Overnight.

Our warehouse is in Boise, Idaho so if you live on the East Coast you can expect to be on the longer side of those delivery windows whereas orders from the West Coast will find themselves on the shorter side and something in the middle for people in the middle of the country.

Please contact us within 7 days if your order has not arrived on time. We will do everything in our power to locate your missing or delayed order and we guarantee that orders lost or damaged in transit will be replaced or refunded. We cannot replace or refund orders that are reported as missing more than 60 days after the order was placed. Eureka Crystal Beads is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been certified as delivered by the carrier. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

***PLEASE NOTE: some parts of the world are currently inaccessible via the postal service and we cannot ship to those places. For more information on International Service Disruptions and to see a list of affected locations please visit the USPS here. Many of our international customers in affected countries choose to use a courier service that will forward all your US-based shopping to you. 

If your package is not delivered in 30 days please allow additional time. We are not able to trigger an investigation through the carrier until 60 day time period has elapsed. 

If you have an account with FedEx or UPS you may use it for an international shipment. This option is not available in our checkout so please place an order with an available shipping option. Contact us promptly at service@eurekacrystalbeads.com with your carrier account number. We will use your account to ship your order and we will refund a shipping charge from the order. 

Some international orders may be subject to customs, fees or taxes.  These are separate from shipping charges and are not the responsibility of Eureka Crystal Beads. 

EU Customers: The European Union (EU) has implemented European customs rules for online purchases made from outside the EU.  From July 1, 2021, Value-Add Tax (VAT) is charged on all commercial goods imported into the EU, regardless of value.
